Refund policy

At Pure Singh, every piece of art is made to order and carefully checked before shipment. Because all our items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

 

No Refunds or Exchanges for Custom Orders

Each product is created specifically for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or custom selection errors.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at puresingh.com@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your claim and provide a suitable solution — this may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

 

Shipping Protection Warranty

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, your parcel is fully covered against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

If anything happens to your package before it reaches you, simply contact us with your order number and tracking details, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund under the protection plan.

 

1-Year Product Warranty

All products purchased with our 1-Year Warranty are protected for 12 months from the delivery date.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur under normal use.

To make a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos/videos of the fault

  • A clear description of the issue

 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, exposure to moisture or sunlight, or general wear and tear.
